FIRST LEVEL SUPPORT

Job descriptions:
We are looking for candidate who will work in our customer care team on first level support position. Candidate should handle email requests, Olark chat requests, In-coming phone calls, Google Captcha logins, verify insurance passwords etc. We also looking for someone who is okay with night shift becuse this position is suited for the US time. We prefer candidate with great english communication skills and candidate who can handle stress.

Working time:
14:00 – 22:00
